You might be functioning,
but not fully feeling like yourself

Life moves quickly. Between responsibilities, expectations, and the constant pull of everyday demands, it becomes easy to lose touch with yourself. We overthink, we rush, we adapt instead of listen.

Ceremonial cacao is an invitation to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with the wisdom, clarity, and truth already within you.

HOW I WORK WITH CACAO

I am Vania

A woman walking on a bamboo pathway in a tropical setting, balancing a large basket of greenery and flowers on her head. She is dressed in a colorful wrap-around skirt and a strapless top, smiling gently.

For a long time, I believed my worth was tied to how much I could do. I filled my days with productivity, responsibilities, and caring for others, often placing their needs before my own. While I appeared capable on the outside, I had become disconnected from myself.

One of the greatest lessons on my journey was learning to slow down and sit in silence. To stop constantly doing and start listening. Through ritual, reflection, and ceremonial cacao, I began creating space to reconnect with my own needs, intuition, and inner voice.

Another lesson that continues to guide me is that fear often points towards growth. I've learned that courage isn't the absence of fear, but it's choosing to take the step anyway. Some of the most meaningful experiences in my life have come from doing the very things that scared me.

My journey with cacao began as a participant, seeking a deeper connection with myself. What I discovered was a practice that invited me to soften, listen, and return to what truly matters. Inspired to deepen my understanding, I completed a three-month ceremonial cacao training and began holding space for others through ritual and ceremony.

Today, I continue to learn from this remarkable plant with deep respect and curiosity. My intention is to create a space where you can reconnect with who you already are, because beneath the noise, the expectations, and the fear, there is a wisdom within each of us waiting to be remembered.

Why ceremonial cacao?

Ceremonial cacao has been honoured for centuries not only as a form of nourishment, but as an ally of reflection, connection, and devotion. Today, both traditional knowledge and modern research highlight its special combination of nutritional and naturally occurring compounds that support our overall wellbeing.

Provides magnesium, antioxidants, and other beneficial nutrients

Beyond its physical benefits, many people experience ceremonial cacao as an invitation to come back to themselves. The heart and brain are constantly communicating through the nervous system, yet in the busyness of everyday life, that connection can easily become drowned out by distraction and mental noise. Combined with intentional ritual, cacao can help create moments of presence and emotional awareness, offering space to listen more deeply to yourself, reconnect with what matters, and move through life with greater clarity and authenticity.

And what happens
in ceremony?

No two ceremonies unfold the same way, yet something consistent tends to emerge when people gather with intention and ceremonial cacao. The usual inner pace begins to reorganise. What once felt scattered often becomes clearer. Connection between strangers deepens in unexpected ways. And slowly, there is a felt sense that it is safe to simply be yourself.

It is often in this shared presence that internal shifts begin to take place. The stories you have been carrying about who you are, what you should be doing, or what defines your worth start to soften and loosen their grip, making space for something more honest to grow.

Curious to learn more about cacao, its benefits, and the ceremonial experience?

  • Thank you for the beautiful ceremony. You guided it so wonderfully and I feel that the meditation was very important for my personal growth at this stage of my life. During the meditation, I had a powerful feeling as though my higher self was right there beside me, reminding me that not everything in life has to be perfect and that I don’t always have to put so much pressure on myself. It gave me a different perspective on how I want to move forward and approach my life—with more trust, acceptance and ease. I’m truly grateful for the experience.

  • Towards the end of the meditation, when we were guided to think about something we were ready to let go of, so many old memories began to surface. Memories and emotions I hadn’t consciously thought about in a long time suddenly came back to me. I was surprised by how deeply that moment affected me and it made the meditation feel especially meaningful and powerful.

  • The ceremony left me with such a beautiful feeling of happiness and lightness. During the meditation, I was reminded of the little girl I once was—five or six years old, before life became filled with so many responsibilities and expectations. It felt like an invitation to reconnect with that part of myself: to approach life with more joy, curiosity and openness, and to remember that beneath all the roles and responsibilities, that joyful little girl is still there.

  • The ceremony was a beautiful and meaningful experience for me. It created a special connection between my daughter and me. Afterwards, she opened up to me about everything she had felt and experienced during the ceremony, which led us into a deep and heartfelt conversation. It gave us the space to connect, share openly and understand each other on a deeper level. At the end, the oracle card I chose resonated with me deeply. Its message was about remembering to care for myself with more gentleness, rather than getting lost in the constant cycle of responsibilities and simply moving through the days. It reminded me of the importance of making space for myself and my own needs, and that caring for myself is not selfish, but necessary. The message felt so relevant to where I am in my life right now and was a beautiful way to close the experience. I could truly feel how much love and intention had been put into the whole experience.

Walking the path, together

My offerings are here for the moments when life feels full of internal chaos, when old stories about worth, patterns of overgiving, or the pressure to prove something begin to take up too much space. Questions like “Am I enough?”, What actually nourishes me?”, or “What is draining my energy?” often live just beneath the surface of everyday life, shaping more than we realise. Guided by cacao, there is room to meet these questions without expectation or pressure to resolve them, but rather allowing clarity to unfold in its own time. So, if something in you is asking for more attention, more clarity, or more alignment in life, there are a few different ways to meet The Radiant Path and let it meet you.

This is when you give yourself permission to finally pause

Because a moment of stillness can change the direction of an entire day, and beyond.

Ceremonial Cacao
from Guatemala

This single-origin ceremonial cacao is cultivated using regenerative agroforestry practices that honour both the land and the communities who care for it.

Earthy, and complex, it carries notes of fruit, soft florals, and subtle bitterness. A cacao that feels both grounding and vibrant which is equally suited to gentle morning rituals, creative practice, meditation, or in ceremony.

It is the same cacao that first guided me into this work and the one I continue to share in ceremony.

A ritual companion for presence, reflection, and connection

This is the cacao that first accompanied my own journey with ceremonial cacao and the same cacao I now share in my ceremonies.

Grown in the biodiverse landscapes of Las Marías, Guatemala, this single-origin ceremonial cacao is cultivated within a regenerative agroforestry system, surrounded by native forests and tropical biodiversity. Growing alongside Rosul and Mahogany trees, each cacao bean reflects the richness of its environment and the care given throughout its journey.

After harvesting, fermenting, and sun-drying, the cacao is artisan processed by women’s collectives near Lake Atitlán, where each bean is carefully selected and transformed by hand. This process honours both the quality of the cacao and the people behind it.

The result is a beautifully balanced cacao with a smooth, earthy depth, subtle fruity notes, gentle bitterness, and delicate floral undertones. A nourishing and grounding companion for meditation, journaling, creative practice, or moments when you want to reconnect with yourself.

Ceremonial cacao is naturally rich in minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds such as theobromine and magnesium, which support the body’s natural energy, focus, and wellbeing. Many people experience cacao as a gentle invitation to become more present, not by changing who you are, but by creating space to listen more deeply.

Upcoming Ceremonies

The most powerful way to experience this work is to step into it. No matter if you’re joining a ceremony for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, each gathering offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and be held in intentional community.

An invitation back to what really matters

When life becomes full of expectations, responsibilities, and external noise, it can be difficult to sense what is truly yours beneath it all. Clarity rarely arrives through more thinking, it arises when space is finally created to notice what feels honest, aligned, and essential to you.

Come with what’s alive. Leave with more clarity about what’s really important.
